Samsung Electronics plans to unveil the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on August 23 reported by The Bell on July 12.

The Galaxy S8‘s infinite display has been handed down as it is, and it is expected that the Galaxy Note series will have a wide variety of functions, such as the English and Chinese version of Samsung’s AI assistant Bixby and S-Pen with translation functions support.

The phone is likely to come with a 6.3-inch display screen that compares with the 6.2-inch screen of the S8 Plus.

However, Samsung Electronics has introduced already a variety of biometrics such as rear fingerprint sensor, iris recognition, facial recognition, so it is not necessary to introduce a display fingerprint sensor.

“The Galaxy Note series can be used not only as a smartphone but also as a tablet PC,” said an industry observer.
