At PlayStation Showcase in Paris Games Week, Sony gave an in-depth look at the upcoming game, The Last of Us Part 2 with a brand new trailer.
The trailer showed an extended story sequence from the game and was pretty gory in nature. It focussed more on the in-fighting between humans rather than between them and the infected.
Joel and Ellie’s story will continue in The Last Of Us Part 2 with an older, and angrier, Ellie.

The Last of Us is still very much about Ellie and Joel, with new characters added as the story continues.
The Last of Us 2 doesn’t have a release date as of yet. We suspect the game won’t arrive for at least another year. You can check back for update on the release date.
