Google Chrome now let you mute noisy tabs

After Google updated Chrome last year by display a small speaker icon which lets you know the tabs that are making noise, This year, the tech giant took a step further in the latest update of Chrome (46), which allows you mute those noisy tabs individually.

Available to all user, instead of muting your entire system audio, you can just look for the tab with the speaker icon, right-click and click mute to kill the sound of the entire page.

  1. i used to have like a million tabs open, and looking for the tap playing the sounds was herd. now easy.
